Farm-Housey Flip Finishes
Have you wanted to create a more “on trend” farm-housey flip but don’t know where to start? Here are some super affordable finish options to get the look, with out breaking the bank! We are currently (2023) remodeling almost all of our flips and rentals with these products. Most of our light fixtures, plumbing fixtures (faucets, sinks, small vanities, shower trim, garbage disposals, etc), and accessories like cabinet pulls, door hardware, and towel bars, mirrors, and smoke and carbon alarms we buy from Amazon and have them shipped directly to the project address. We’ve found this to be the most cost effective and efficient strategy when managing many rehab projects at the same time.
For the large finish materials like cabinets, butcher block, toilets, tubs, shower enclosures, large vanities, etc; we have found it best to order those from Home Depot in 1 big order and get it delivered to the house. Creating 1 order for everything you’ll need cuts down on trips to the store, or delivery fees, but also allows you to “send your order to the bid room” at the Pro Desk which will usually result in about a 10-20% savings.
