  • Business entities and LLCs, bank accounts, and JV agreements.

  • How to pick a market to invest in, what to look for, and how to analyze potential deals. We dive deep into the numbers in this section.

  • Hard money loans, private money loans, conventional loans, portfolio loans, lines of credit, creative finance. We dig into how to finance real estate with little to none of your own money.

  • Real estate is a team sport! You’ll need great contractors, realtors, a CPA, Lawyer, maybe a bookkeeper and property manager, a title company.

  • Conducting inspections and property evaluations. Determining a deal plan, and mitigating risk.

  • How to generate off market leads, working with wholesalers, MLS deals, paid advertising.

  • Creating win-win solutions for buyers, sellers, and partners.

  • Understanding the escrow and closing process, earnest money deposits, closing costs, and pre & post closing tasks.

  • How create a scope of work and budget, how to find, hire, and manage, and pay great contractors.

  • Tenants, leases, background/credit checks, quarterly inspections, evictions, or hiring a property management company.

  • Creating systems and processes, tech to stay organized, hiring and growing a team, outsourcing.
